Endurance test in line with customer requirements

Endurance tests remain a crucial part of reaching reliable conclusions about service life.

We offer a variety of tests to provide support during product development or to analyse problems which occur during product use. We will also be happy to advise you on innovative and non-standardised tests. Helping us to achieve all this are our state-of-the-art hydraulic cylinders as well as our pneumatic or electrodynamic testing infrastructures. Fatigue tests with signals that have been recorded under real operating conditions can also be performed using our systems, as can tests involving standardised load collectives.

Our strengths include carrying out endurance tests on micro-components, structures or complete vehicles, such as:

We are also able to carry out the alternative triaxial test (CARLOS TC) in line with ECE-R 55 to check body structures and coupling devices.
